I stopped doing the incline press for the reason that I injured a muscle in both of my arms- I’m not positive regardless of whether it’s a bicep or a rotator cuff that I messed up, but when I try and lift a heavy weight, say, 210 pounds, it hurts like hell. I utilized to be able to lift that with no problem. I can still do it, but only 1 or maybe 2 reps, and it hurts my arms.
