Hey all, sorry I haven’t updated my body space a lot via these past few days to week. I have had a rotatory cuff injury this year around August and September that put me out for an entire month of work and gym. I had a shot for anti-inflammatory and some pills for it as well to assist me recovery,plus some workouts for it too. Well I went back to working out after my recovery phase ended and hit the lifting at about moderate rate,seems like after it felt very good i went back to my hardcore which is only by lifting heavier weights and less reps with three sets each. Recently, I’ve been having some pain in my shoulder from working out once more so I went back to my doctor,he suggested physical therapy which would be three times a week for three weeks straight. I hit 150 lbs and I am shooting for 155-165 this end of the year,gives me December to gain 5 lbs. Again sorry for the late updates on workout tracker and everything else I is going to be pretty happy to update as time comes by.
